Subject: [[Star-talks-l] ] Dandan Shen: Invitation to present at HF-HNC 2024
Dear Dandan,

On behalf of the STAR Talks Committee, I invite you to present the STAR talk on the latest measurements of heavy flavor production  at the 9th International Symposium on Heavy Flavor Production in Hadron and Nuclear Collisions (HF-HNC 2024) in Guangzhou, China, December 6-11, 2024. The talk is scheduled for 25 minutes (including questions). More information is available at the website: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1429980/.

A policy reminder: Speakers representing the STAR collaboration have specific obligations regarding the presentation of talks. The most important of these obligations includes discussing the content of the talk with the working group(s) in a timely fashion, rehearsing the talk in front of several STAR collaborators including your council member, and posting the abstract and (later) the talk to the STAR-Talks mailing list. You must post your final talk on the "List of Presentations" web page. Input to the list can be made via the link on the STAR homepage (https://www.star.bnl.gov/). The STAR Publications Policy Committee recommends that you read "Policies for the Publication and Presentation of STAR Results" at the following address: https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/PublicationPolicy101613_v2.html. Note especially sections 6 to 11 on the web page. The detailed timeline for reporting to the collaboration is discussed in STAR Note 0451.

Thank you, very much, for representing STAR.

Regards,
Jim for the STC
