Hi Alexei:

A .jpg of the MTD/eTOF gas control is attached. I'm not sure how the  
gas flow was shut down in March.

If the power to the unit is not on, the power switch is on the back of  
the unit near the top.

The flow setting should still be in place from March.

Ch 1 Freon 400 ccm
     (This meter is calibrated for a maximum flow of 2000 ccm R134a.)
Ch 2 Isobutane is set to 100 but flowing 20 since it is slaved to Ch 1.
     (This meter is calibrated for a maximum flow of 100 ccm Isobutane)
Ch 3 not used
Ch 4 SF6 is set to 25 but flowing 5 since it is slaved to Ch 1
     (This meter is calibrated for a maximum flow of 25 ccm SF6.)

The flow display for CH1 does not work so we use the Ch 2 flow to gage  
the Ch 1 flow. Also the TOF control panel that sends TOF and MTD info  
to slow controls reports the CH1 flow properly.

I would start by restoring the operation just like it was in March.
Turn on Freon, Isobutane, and SF6 and open the supplies to the flow meters.

Hit Ch1, Auto. Then Ch2, Auto. Then Ch 4, Auto.

You should see flow like the attached image.

The with Isobutane and SF6 still on, increase the Freon flow to 2000 ccm:

Hit Ch 1. Enter 2-0-0-0-decimal and "enter" (lower right). Then Ch1, Auto.

Ch2 should increase to 100 ccm, Ch4 should increase to 25 ccm.

Then turn off Isobutane and SF6 until Monday:

Ch 2, Close. Ch 4, Close.

The eTOF gas distribution panel will likely need to be opened to  
support 2000 ccm flow.

The TOF distribution panel was last balanced at 1500 ccm flow last  
December. It should be rebalanced at 2000 ccm flow, if required.
