I asked Xianglei, and they do not have a weekly embedding meeting yet. I suggest that you summarize your findings related to the embedding sample, and send them to "starembd-l AT lists.bnl.gov" to see if experts think it is better to reproduce the embedding sample. 

Meanwhile, I think you can move ahead with your analysis as the performance of current embedding sample is reasonable.
