Hi,

By now you may have seen more than a handful of messages from Jira. 
Apparently, Jira will let all the people on the STARONL project know if a new 
issue/ticket is filed and/or updated. Not really desired functionality, and 
at this time no apparant way to disable.

That said, i would appreciate your feedback on your experience in using this 
tool, either actively or passively. It will certainly help in deciding how to 
continue this as tomorrow S&C management will discuss this and alternative 
tools.
