Hi all and in particular Lanny

You brought up the feature that sector 5 in rows ~64,65 seems 
inefficient in the cluster ADC plot.
I looked at the runs you mentioned and indeed already in ADC value the 
signal is reduced.
It has taken some digging, but looking back 1.5 years!! I see that I the 
QA files I have (selected runs only)
these all have a weak ADC response vs. padrow, and time bin too It has 
though changed slowly over time
and in particular since the run that was mentioned Friday more hits 
/charge show up near the GG timing start.
I suspect that there are issue developing over time with the ABDB board 
making the it more pronounced
developing poor response.I suspect it has possibly been present 
throughout the life of the outer sector.
