STAR QA Board

I'm definitely in favor of starting fastoffline so people can start poking at things.  My only concern is with personpower - I think we do need Lanny for the first week of collisions, and I don't know if Mariusz has the training necessary to do this by himself yet since we planned to have Lanny help this first week.  I'll let them speak up in this regard.

I also inquired with Gene regarding how to start the process, because it involves producing MuDst/picoDst files from daq files. I know there has been a delay in this year’s plan. But it’s never too early to get things started.
