Hello QA board,

   I have put together a summary of my assessment of the Run-by-run QA done by Ashik and Li Ke ==> I recommend that we accept their analysis, but add an additional 29 runs.

   I have also included some notes about the injection run lists for 19.6 and 14.6, and provided a look ahead at 14.6 GeV COL and 4.59 (3.2) GeV FXT data sets.
