Sorry, I forget to report this.

Based on the report from HF by Kaifeng and Yingjie, slide 2 and 11:

VPDVz - TPCVz is similar to what we see before, about -5cm offset from fast
offline QA. In slide 11, they also plot the VPDVz - TPCVz vs. run, it is
pretty stable at -5cm.

They also check the vx vs. vy plot, as Gene explained, it come from two
different beamline constraint during the reconstruction.
