Hi all:

1). For BES-II data QA, the run list for two datasets are determined (14.6GeV 
and 4.6 Fix target).

2). Some suggestions for the QA algorithm: 
    (1). Current algorithm cannot flag a not-short-range runs that are 
outside the normal ranges. -> Yu Hu will check and improve it.
    (2). It would be good to find bad runs separately for each variables, not 
one-by-one accumulated. 

3). Several key observables are suggested for ETOF QA (for dataset taken >= 
2020). For dataset <= 2019, the different threshold or separate QA are needed.
