Hi all:

A brief minutes for today's meeting:

1). Several new people join to work on the BES-II data QA, thanks very much.

2). There are several BES-II/FXT Run-by-Run QA for 4.59 (3.2) GeV FXT data. 
Most of the found bad runs are "Junk-runs" that already marked by shift 
leader, but they get into the production.
  -> Should remember to exclude these "Junk-runs".

3). Yu Hu and Tommy updated the Run-by-Run QA algorithm/code. Solve the 
issues that we discussed before, will do some more checks.
