This time I made sure all the scheduler jobs successfully picked up PicoDsts from the distributed disk, and 

tighter TPC track quality cuts than the best-II QA default were used. The nHitsDedx >=0 cut cleaned up

tracks with nHitsDedx = 0 that always have phi=0, which changed the run dependences of dE/dx and phi.

Finally, I got the following bad runs:

20191005 refMult
20191015 Dedx
20192001 Dedx
20193001 Phi

These bad runs correspond to approximately 10% of the entire statistics.

After fixing the treatment of the run range edge in the analysis code, this QA has also 39 runs.

 3) Compare with Rongrong's QA results:
    (1). Rongrong found three bad runs: 20191005, 20191015, 20193001.
    (2). The difference maybe due to the different number of files that are analyzed.

Run 20191015 was also marked as bad because it was a very short run according to the run log.

Rescanning the data did not change the status of run 20193001. I will also check if tighter track quality cuts could change the results.
