Hi

Just a follow up to discussion we had on the sector 5-3 intemittent weak 
population.
The online RDO/DAQ software was update for sector 3,4,5,and 6 (inner) 
starting with run173014.
A problem was found for the DAQ readers which was fixed for online on 
day 175, and the propagated
eventually to offline github, and running fast offline.

So we do not need to investigate more was was run, this will be correct 
when reconstructing data,
but means likely tat the fast offline files from 174014 and a few days 
ahead are unreliable for doing TPC qa (particuar for area that involves 
setctor 4-6
