Hi Lanny

The issue with sector 19-2 is likely that there are two dubious FEEs the 
give some extra noise,
roughly row 19-20 pads 0-22 and row 28-28 with high pad numbers. I 
recall I discuss this with
Tonko towards the end on run24 but did not come to a conclusion.
They should probably be masked out. I do though think there is some more 
suspicious we will
have to look into.
