Hi Tommy,
I am on the QA list, and have a few comments to this.
I think your criteria is too harsh for declaring runs bad based on the runlog

I give 4 examples.
226023 -empty .. there is a perfectly entry if you lookup than run with 3M events and marked successful
256015 - empty likewise 8M events

The empty should raise a caution but should not be rejected is succesfull

252011 - anode trip. TPC anode trips raise a busy flag and no more events are taken, and run stops. Very likely good
all the way- unless anything else no reason to reject 4.6M events

252024 - TPC100% busy - this means no more data, and no reason to suspect date before this are bad because of this.
5.7M events

I suggest you discuss with QA board whu those reason is valid

best Flemming

Dear Sharang,

Here's my bad run list for FXT 7.2 GeV by reading online shift log

Bad run

Reason

21211028

Run ends with CeC having problems

21226032

The run log for run 21226032 is empty

21226036

Beam lost mid-run

21240018

ETOF EVB errors

21240028

BTOW failure.

21252002

BTOW crates 0x15 0x14 show no entries.

21252004

BTOW problem, BBC E rate too high.

21252006

ETOF EVB errors.

21252011

outer TPC 11-5 anode trip.

21252021

ETOF busy, BTOF dead half-strip.

21252024

TPX 100% dead.

21256006

White path in digi density plot on strip 24-3-1, TPC sector 14 charge
per pad plot looks abnormal.

21256007

The run log for run 21256007 is empty

21256015

The run log for run 21256015 is empty

21257005

RDO failure, RTS02 was frozen.

21257010

iTPC S4RDO 4 failed, beam dumped without warning.

21257041

BAD RUN: the run lasted 89 seconds < min threshold of 120 seconds.

21257044

HV tripped in region 2 and 6.

21258002

Drift velocity plot looks weird. Beam lost unexpectedly.

21258004

Unexpected beam abort, trip in TPC, ETOF.

The event statistics are:

Total number of runs = 87

Total Statistics = 447553566 = 447.55M

Rejected Runs = 20 (23.0 %)

Rejected events = 81095255 = 81.10M (18.1%)

I don't know if you need ETOF. If you don't, please remove any runs
from the bad run list who is only there solely because of ETOF errors.

Best wishes,

Tommy

Dear Ashik and Tommy,

Please find attached the txt file with the list of total 87 run
numbers for 7.2 GeV (FXT).

Please let me know if any other information is required from my end.
