Here is some text I'll refer to in a short update during a meeting starting now.

Here is the run location: file:

Here is the input *.xml file:

daq_2014AuAu15GMT.xml

Here is the diff to the input xml file references in the GmtAlignmentHowTo.pdf

The file location in the how to manual isn’t there exactly. The manual lists:
/star/u/gnigmat/macros/gmt/daq2014AuAu15GMT.xml

However, there is a comparably named file
/star/u/gnigmat/macros/gmt/xml/daq_2014AuAu15GMT.xml which I use.

Here is a diff of the two files:

Note that really the only significant difference was the sourcing of
/gpfs01/star/subsys-tpc/fisyak/STAR/packages/.DEV2/setupDEV2.csh which I had to
do, otherwise all my jobs ended in errors. Otherwise the differences are in
input and/or output file locations. I have listed the input files below.
They cannot be compared to the files in the input how to manual
because they have since been purged from the scratch directory. However,
the input files were pulled with command from the How To manual and
I would be surprised to see if they were the cuase of oddity in the output.
