Hi Petr,

I will be traveling back from shift in the morning and will miss the meeting. However, as follow up from last week, I spot checked some of the PDF's associated with the runs that I used to make the following graphic to check if those pdfs correlated half of the GMT modules being off. I spot checked 27 of the runs in the input run list, out of 846, and only one of them had data missing in a single gmt module. The remaining 26 spot-checked runs had data for all eight separate modules. It appears very unlikely that the plot below resulted from reading only files with detector conditions in which only half of the gmt was on. As a further check, I am running the code with only those 27 inspected input *.daq files and will see what the results are.
