Hi Robert, thank you for plots.

  I see two main differences in kinematics:

• <pT>_MC ~ 2 <pT>_RC, and
• Phi_MC is more flat than Phi_RC,

But these differences cannot explain difference in efficiency.

Can your provide two more plots:

• 2D: NoFitpL versus NoFitpK for RC and MC, and
• Match Chisq

?

I have updated the slides (beginning with slide 12) and you can see the distributions for positive tracks only.

thanks for pointing that out. I am a little surprised to see such a significant effect of the track charge on the efficiency.

Is this the correct way to select only positively charged tracks:

pTi > 0 for K tracks and pTi < 0 for L tracks?

It seems like in the simulation plots we also see some tracks which correspond to negative charge, so I just want to make sure that this is the way to go.
