Regarding Yuri's notes on the magnetic field changes, the modifications to 
the RunLog_onl :: starMagAvg database table appear to have been made in April 
2021, but the log files show that starMagAvg _was_ used in P23id, but was 
_not_ used in P21ic, so it was probably a code change that came after SL21d. 
Yuri can probably extract more information from the log files.
