Hello,

Christian completed the electronics maintenance on the East side.
Everything works, for now. I will power down and keep the power
off until the eTOF folks finish their work, ~20-March. The newest
schedule (from Rahul, yesterday) has the East poletip installed on
the 27-March so the week before I will do a final test.
