Dear all

Today before poletip close we experience multiple HV trips in TPC Cathode. Reboots provide some relieve for 2-3 minute. Even I reached 28 KV nominal voltage, but in 2 min got a trip again. I put a spare Glassman HV power supply and run cathode voltage manually, while watching Field Cage currents. I hold 28KV for 20 min, my regular time to check TPC and asked Bob, Prashanth and Bill to start poletip closure. I'll test Cathode again, when poletip will be inserted fully.
