Hi Tonko,

I will take a look at this today and come back to you later today.
Gene and Tommy setup the automatic generation of the the 2D ADC and Cluster histograms, from which
I have a macro that can generate both plots and tables of hot channels (and dead channels too, but you have most of these all ready.
There are also summary reports per run, but these are mainly (yet) for iTPC and usefull for Yuri I trust.

hot regions of the TPC on a pad basis, easily determined.
I need (sector,row,pad) coordinates.

Remember, any sort of hot pixels are detrimental to higher rates.
