Hi, Flemming

If I recall correctly, the TPC reconstruction software reads either the raw
ADC information or the online-found clusters from the DAQ file, but not both.
I think the TpxRaw option decides which. If the raw ADC information is
selected, however, it is not used for anything unless the offline
cluster-finder is run, via the TpxClu option. I am certain that the
reconstruction would speed up dramatically if we left off "TpxClu" as there
would be no tracking in the reconstruction of the ADC files, which could be
our desired mode of processing if our needs are served sufficiently that way.
