Hi, TPC-ers

A finding from Offline QA is that after last week's updates to the DAQ codes 
for the TPC, we're seeing no offline-reconstructed hits from the iTPC. To be 
clear, we use the online-reconstructed clusters in the st_physics files, but 
we activate offline reconstruction for the st_physics_adc files, and it is in 
the latter that the outer sector hits are found, but not the inner ones.

Tommy, can you please confirm whether you are seeing this as well from the 
TPC QA that you helped set up?
