Hi All,

For the retreat there is a single talk on TPC scheduled with Tonko. In 
fact though there are two seperate items to discuss
for performance and planned work ahead of next runs
a) Electronics,DAQ. This Tonko will surely take care of
b) TPC hardware. We should cover hardware issues
-- laser system
-- Cathode HV issues- ordered
-- NMR probes installed but not used.
-- gas system - storage
-- operational comments- suggested (if any) improvements
   including stand down plans for storms
-- Also what have we learned about FF/RFF (Yuri?)
-- other issues, actions?

Alexei can your writeup some draft comments, and I can prepare the 
slides for the retreat.
