Hello Richard,

The only input from my side could be the work I did on the inversion of the 
alignment procedure, but as I understand Yuri has some update on top of that, 
so I think it would be better if he provides the updated info. Just in case,

   Here are the proposed topics (and recognized experts) for my status update 
at the meeting next week.  Updates and/or revisions are welcome.

- DAQ5K and new cluster finder (Tonko, Yuri, Irakli)
     --how well did it work, open issues.
- progress on re alignment (Yuri)
- status of repairs before run 24.(Tonko)
- where do we need help, space charge (Gene)
- some of Tommy's work (Cluster finder...) (Tommy)

   If you are listed above, please do send me information, slide(s), and 
images for the talk.  I need to get it assembled soon and I want to be sure 
to properly represent your work.  Thanks in advance for your help!
