Following up here because this reminded me about the gating grid transparency
test runs....

I need ~400x as many events from pp200 to get a similar metric as in AuAu200.
This is due to a few factors:

- fewer tracks per triggered collision
- reduced vertex position accuracy for signed DCA calculations
- increased pile-up contamination/backgrounds to weed out

That might sound detrimental to taking the runs I requested, but really, in
AuAu200, I only needed a few seconds worth of running to get enough
statistics. In pp200, I should be good with ~5 minute runs at low
luminosities and ~10 minute runs at high luminosities (more pile-up).

Also, these test runs should be fine for using for physics, so the primary
drawback to normal running is that I want to reduce the rates during some of
these runs, and of course the overheads of stopping and starting runs.
