Hi Xionghong and Flemming,  in releases >= SL23f it was introduced tpcExtraGainCorrection

To account dead channels which was not marked in Tonko’s [i]tpcPadGainT0 table.

 

In release SL23c  this correction has not been yet implemented.

We have discussed this topic with Xianglei for 2019 data some time ago, and he has reported this issue on one his talks.

Hi Flemming,

The embedded particle is proton.
The 500 daq files used for this embedding can be found at
/star/u/starembd/xionghong/daqtags/OO200_2021_ps/good_allphys.500.daq.list

But I am not sure what are FF or RFF OO for.

It is obvious that there are two FEEs in sector 8 and 11 that are not
properly accounted 4 The one in 8 is out for the whole period, and the one
in 11 probably was masked out sometime in the run period.

Can you give some more details. Was this for FF or RFF OO. Waht is the
embedded particle(s)?
What is the run list used for the embedding. This will be most useful and
make our task easier.
I would not care about the single pad in sector 2 that is dead.

I am curious why it looks like embedded tracks are 'breaking' around 69-69.
Looks funny to me


PS I will be gone for close to 2 weeks tomorrow and have no time to look
further at it for now.
