Dear All,

At today’s management meeting, we discussed our strategy and plans to move
forward in terms of the urgent productions that we need for (i) the FXT
fluctuations results, (ii) other FXT QM analyses, and (iii) some of the COL
data that is also slated for QM.

While the current P24iy production is still showing some issues that need to
be followed up on, our understanding is that (i) for the final FXT
fluctuations analyses, these issues can be kept under control, and (ii/iii)
for the other QM analyses these issues will need to be handled through
embedding and/or systematic uncertainties on the preliminary results.

I discussed with Gene earlier today the production priorities and what is
still needed (library with newly merged PRs, eTOF database entries, and TPC
dE/dx for some energies). These priorities include FXT fluctuations, FXT
other QM analyses, COL analyses slated for QM, and Run-22 W.

We will touch base tomorrow at the S&C meeting.

Best,
-Frank
