== Hardware

— TPC is in circulation mode

— voltage is okay (no shorts in field cages)

— blower is currently installed

— Window changed on east laser

— is now very bright

— west is still good

—  gas system is okay as well

— no problems after electrical issues

== Electronics

— Tonko and Tim spent a whole day going through the RDO board status

— we’ll know more when we start cosmics again (maybe tomorrow)

— may have beam by Saturday night

== Software

— dE/dx for pp200 low luminosity 2024 has been confirmed using SL24y 

— calibration done with no surprises

— Finished with GMT geometry

— tried to match alignment for GMT boxes and geometry in GEANT 3

— Want to recheck 

— b-field and alignment for 2025 cosmic data 

— Gene suggests using half filed from this year or 2 years ago for alignment 

— space charge needs to be done first though
