== Hardware & Electronics
— Survey is not complete as far as we can tell
— Schedule for actual removal of the TPC may be months not weeks

== Software
— Gene will being Run 25 SC calibration as soon possible
— otherwise to do list remains largely same as last meeting
— Gene mentioned disk space was provided for Yuri’s work
— ~135 TB
— Yuri working on dE/dx
— sample from beginning of Au+Au
— sees definite evidence of aging effects
— has preliminary version of calibration, but not yet satisfied with it
— in FXT data sees higher dE/dx than predicted by model (mostly in 1/beta^2 region)

== AOB
— JH says we will have survey no sooner than 2 weeks from now
— Yuri would like to know the weight of the FST materials once they are removed
— Flemming work on adding FST
— cable trays have been added but do not have content yet
— actual trays are about 5-6cm longer than engineering drawings from 1997
— Yuri mentioned that beam pipe support may be quite different than what is in drawings
— changes after HFT was installed and later removed
— TPC aging study
— need to socialize which sector(s) we would like for the study

— NEXT MEETING: 23 APR 2026

Best Regards,
  Richard
