US ATLAS HL-LHC computing discussion

Hi Heather,

Which server at BNL did you put the files on? Most of us at CSI only have 
access to the BNL
Institutional Cluster nodes (icsubmit or knlsubmit), and I couldn't seem to 
find the directories you
referred to in your doc. 

Is everything on an ATLAS server?
