Hello all,

After some iterations, we have realized it would be good to explicitly add a column that de-escalates FY19 quotes to FY17, so the quote cost can be matched directly to the direct cost in the DD report. Attached is a sheet that explains this.

(I believe for Tile we did not do the de-escalation. Something to put on the todo list for FDR maybe...)
