On Behalf Of Michael Tuts
Dear NSF L2s and deputies,
NSF is visiting CERN on July 18. The visitors are Rebecca Yasky (from the Large Facilities Office) and Deanna DiGiovanna (from the Division of Acquisition and Cooperative Support(DACS)). Some of you know them. They attend our reviews and are responsible for financial and project matters for NSF – seeing that we comply with all the guidelines and have all our documentation ready. In fact the ATLAS DACS contact for us is Erica Stein, but she cannot make the trip – but she and Deanna work closely together.
The visit has been planned by Sarah Charley and there are a few places where you (or others involved in NSF scpe HL-LHC activities could participate). Gustaaf will be ‘hosting’ them for the ATLAS visit.
Can you respond if you or others at the relevant level are available during any/some of those slots?
Thanks, Mike
