Hi all,

And here's a graphical representation of the schedule float/contingency based on the table Gustaaf sent...

A couple of things to note:

1. I've included and extra 1 year (220 working days) addition in the "available float" entries to show the impact of the 1-year LS3 delay. Even without this though, most deliverables have adequate float to cover the simulated need.

2. For those deliverables which don't have adequate float (dark blue bar < red bar):
    - LAr FE
    - Tile MB
    - Muon TDC
you should come up with a strategy to increase the available float (e.g. double shifts, etc) and include it in your L2 and L3 talks. Even though everything is covered by the LS3 delay, this is not yet official, so we probably shouldn't assume we can count on it.

3. You do *not* need to include this graphic in your talks. But you can if you find it helpful. Keep in mind though that the numbers may change at the last minute - especially for LAr - so if you plan to use the graphic, please let me know so I can alert you to any changes.
