NSF L2/Deputies –

 

Below, a high level timeline for submission of the FDR material for NSF.  As you can see, time is tight – please make sure to carefully look over the dates we are intending to hit.  The submission date for the review material arranged with NSF was the latest possible -- the first phone conference (between NSF and the panel only) is the following week, for which they want to have all final material in hand with sufficient time to look it over. 

 

Note that we will be freezing P6 by COB tomorrow, Tuesday.  Revisions to presentations, etc. should be integrated this week, with vetting starting no later than next Monday (8/12).  To provide additional guidance, we attach here an initial draft of a to-do list generated from the recommendations from the Director’s Review final report.

• Tue, 8/6, COB -- completion of P6 changes
• Wed-Fri, 8/7-8/9 – run cost reports, distribute to team

• Mon, 8/12 – begin vetting revised presentations, BoEs, review material with PO

Mon, 8/12, COB – required changes to cost reports submitted to POTue, 8/13, COB – final cost reports generatedWed, 8/14, COB – all FDR material final Fri, 8/16 – submit zip file to NSF
