Hi all,

We've decided to store our scope contingency and opportunity spreadsheets in the docdb so that there is an official place where everyone can find them. We've made separate entries for the DOE and NSF items in the public area of docdb:
    NSF: docdb 969
    DOE: docdb 970

Have a look and let us know if you have any comments, or if you have any ideas for contingency/opportunity items.
