Dear NSF L2 and DL2 managers:

Last week we received a set of comments from NSF regarding items we need to complete before the award is made (hopefully) in April 2020 – see attached file or DocDB#991. Many are updates to documentation that fall to the PO to update, but there are others that are subsystem specific. In particular:

Item 2: for TileCal
Item 3: for Trigger
Item 4: for EPO
Item 6: for LAr

Would you please look at those and send draft responses by January 3, 2020.
