Here is the draft response for Q3 for TDAQ (HTT):

The current schedule is based on our past experience with the FTK (Fast TracKer) auxiliary boards. We recognize that good continued communication with our vendors will help mitigate the procurement risk. We are currently sending queries to vendors regarding our overall expectations including costs and delivery schedules for the largest orders: the FPGAs, PCBs, and assembly of the TP and TFM boards in order to validate our assumptions regarding procurement. Any needed modifications to the budget or schedule will be included in the PEP submission.

        This option continues to be carried as a backup solution, and is reflected in risk RN-06-04-01-002 in the Risk Register.  We expect to be able to finalize the decision to use the COLUTA custom ADC, based on measurements of the performance and radiation tolerance of the full-functionality version-3 COLUTA pre-prototype and by passing the ATLAS PDR for the ADC, by the expected expiration date for this risk which is currently set to 1-Jun-20.
