Hi Gustaaf,

        Here is the prioritized list of additional pre-MREFC needs for LAr:

1. UT Austin - $12k
	- to cover the increased beam cost of the March radiation test at MGH, 
due to both an increase in the beam time (to allow testing of LDOs and 
charge pumps, in addition to COLUTAv3) and an increase in the hourly 
rate compared to the original budget

2. Columbia - $16.3k
	- to cover overdraft discovered by Amy as she was preparing the records 
for the pre-MREFC endgame, due to small under-reporting of accruals

3. UT Austin - $11.2k
	- for purchase of commercial PXI-based DAQ system for upcoming and 
future radiation tests, allowing for more precise and flexible testing 
of a variety of components (ADC, LDOs, charge pumps, thermistors for 
monitoring DUT temperature increase, beam intensity monitor, ...)

4. SMU - $8k
	- for additional purchases of lpGBT and VTRx+ for use on the optical 
link testboards.  The VTRX+ has proven to be very delicate and prone to 
damage.  The additional funds would ensure SMU has enough functional 
devices for their needs.


        The total LAr request is $47.5k.
