Dear NSF L2Ms and DL2Ms,

As mentioned in our last meeting, Chuck Gortakowski has signed off on 
the structure of our Requirements Verification Matrices. So we should 
now finish them off.

To do this:

1. Post (or have your L3s post) each individual RVM as a separate file 
into the same docdb entry as the relevant L3 deliverable's QA/QC 
document. This will allow the RVM to be clearly associated with its own 
QA/QC plan.

2. Send me any changes that you propose to make to the US Technical 
Specifications spreadsheet (docdb #216) based on your RVM.

3. Send me an email when this is finished for your system.

Although there's no urgent time pressure here, we should just get this 
off our collective plates. So - please finish off these tasks by May 1.
