Hi John,

Ok, I'll do that.  You should have a back-up sheet with actuals per 
institution and explanations in case people ask.  (You want that anyway 
- NSF will certainly want to see that at rebaseline: we'll need the 
equivalent of BOEs to explain covid costs at that point.)
