Dear NSF L2s,

I'd like to use some of the time at the NSF L2 managers meeting tomorrowat noon EDT to discuss the I&C presentation that I need to give at the upcoming NSF Ops Proposal Review. It's important that I get this presentation right since it could influence the level of funding in the Cooperative Agreement that will go to I&C.

I have a set of questions that I'd like to go over at the meeting (see the attached documents). Please have a look over them beforehand and come ready to discuss.
