Dear NSF L2 & L3s

 

Here are some of the dates leading up to the August 18 NSF annual review:

 

• July 28 – post materials (does not need to include talks at that time, but having a draft would probably be useful)
• August 9 – Committee only meeting where they will review the posted material and formulate questions/suggestions for the review (letting the committee have near final form talks somewhat before this would be helpful in case they want additional material shown at the meeting that you may not have included)
• August 13 – We meet with the committee at 1pm Eastern to respond to their questions and suggestions (if any). (probably only management required, but depends on the questions we get, you are welcome to attend)
• August 18 – NSF Review (all times Eastern)
  • 10:30am-11:00am – Executive Session (Committee and NSF only)
  • 11:00am-5:00pm – US ATLAS Plenary presentations
  • 5-6pm – Executive Session (Committee and NSF only)
  • 6pm – Closeout (all invited)
