Hello all,

I realize the deadline is a week away, but I encourage you to get your variance reports in well ahead of the holidays. (Many of you have, thanks!)

For those who have already entered them, a few comments:
-6.5.1: it would be nice to fix the typos
-6.5.3 is fine

-6.6.* all look good to me

-6.8.2: NSF has an issue with "The positive variance in 6.8.2 is because there were some tasks for the old architecture which should have already been started or would occur in the next two months could not be removed in the BCP, but are no longer needed, so they were marked complete." This is because you set complete stuff that doesn't exist. Our understanding was that many of those tasks were now much simpler/had reduced scope. So I would suggest "The positive variance in 6.8.2 is because there were some tasks which became much simpler given the architecture change."

-6.8.3: you can't blindly copy-paste from last month: "There are 3 L4 projects with SV that comprise $196k of SV (81% of the total of $217k):" => but now the SV is $240k...

Best,

Gustaaf
