Hello Tom and Anyes,

We're filling out the NSF COVID BCP schedule form, so I’m looking at the
schedule diffs. I’m trying to understand some muon delay numbers:

*TDC delay of 233 days: the variance reports in the past 6 months said the
issues were largely technical, not COVID. So why is all this delay assigned
to COVID?
*CSM: there the variance reports did talk about COVID, but not just COVID,
so 211 days seems steep…
