Hi Mike,

	I attach the draft of the LAr sections of the new MREFC annual report, 
which I inserted into the Word document of last year's draft. To make 
clear which parts I updated, I colored the text for the other subsystems 
(which, obviously, I did not edit) in red.  So, the updated material 
includes the paragraphs in black and the associated figures on pp. 4-7 
and also on p. 13 and on p. 15.
        Let me know if you have questions/comments, or need anything else.
