Hi All,

Attached is a draft agenda for the NSF review. The general approach was

  • Day 1 Plenary PO + L2 talks (check the time to see that it works for the L2s)
  • Day 2 Parallel Breakouts & Answer questions – note that NSF wants the 2 cost and schedule folks to see all subsystems separately (like the FDR). There is a question on how best to accommodate that.
  • Day 3 Committee report writing, answer questions if any, fact checking, closeout

For comparison I am listening to the CMS review going on now and that they have is:

  • Day 1: Plenary PO + L2 Overview talks (shorter overview that covers status)
  • Day 2: Morning Plenary with L2 talks that focus on “World Events”… they call them Rebaselining/External Factors talks
  • Day 2: Afternoon Parallel Breakouts (L2 systems, management, cost & schedule)
  • Day 3: Committee report writing and/or meet with project team

Cheers, Mike
