Hi all,

We've noticed an error in the L3 Cost & Schedule template that I sent out last week. Thanks to LAr for catching this! On slide 5, the table column label:

"Total Direct Cost" (this would be the cost without overhead and escalation)

should actually be:

"Base Cost" (this is the cost shown in the cost book tables)

I've made the change in the template, but please pass this information along to your L3s so that they don't use the wrong terminology. Apologies for the mistake.
