Hi All,

 

To accommodate the varied requests from the NSF review committee, we have created a small excel sheet that details where each subcommittee will have to be at what time, which means that you then need to turn to the slides for those issues. Namely the Cost & Schedule subcommittee, and the QA/QC subcommittee.  Note that they wanted more time for the Cost and Schedule for EFT, so the trigger cost and schedule slot is now 1.5 hours (and could be longer if the skip the break). That extra half hour was taken, with their permission, from the Executive session. The other subsystems have ~1 hour for cost and schedule. It is not clear exactly what the want for the QA/QC session, and below we have allotted a 30min time slot for all systems except Trigger where we are not presenting QA/QC )as per Mark Coles).I am sending this to you to see if there is a major issue to the assigned subcommittee timeslots. Note we will have a map to indicate where those rooms are.
