Hi all,

Here's the scope contingency/opportunity spreadsheet I showed at the NSF L2s meeting today. Please get back to me with any first thought you have about the:

1. scope opportunity descriptions

2. scope opportunities motivation/justification (for our information)

by *Friday, July 5*.

As a reminder, we should come up with clear motivations as to why doing this shift of previous I&I scope into the MREFC is a benefit to our deliverables and why it only now that we are identifying these items.
